1. Use of this website
This website is provided by Santa Ana Reglazing ("we", "us") for informational purposes and to let you request quotes and contact us. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to send automated or bulk submissions, or to attempt to interfere with its operation.
Content on this site, including descriptions of processes, typical timelines and typical price ranges, is general information. It is not a quote and may not apply to your specific fixture or home.
2. Quotes and scheduling
Quotes are free and provided in writing. A quote is based on the information and photos you provide and on our inspection when we arrive. If the fixture's condition differs materially from what was described (for example, a previous DIY coating that must be stripped, or structural damage not visible in photos), we will explain the difference and give you a revised written price before any work begins. You may decline the revised quote at no charge.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party with reasonable notice. Where a same-day appointment is offered, it depends on crew availability and is not guaranteed.
3. Services and customer responsibilities
Reglazing is a surface restoration process. It repairs and recoats the existing fixture; it does not replace plumbing, drains, valves, pan liners, framing or substrates. Before we arrive you agree to remove personal items from the work area, provide access to the bathroom and to a working electrical outlet, and keep children and pets out of the area during and immediately after the work. We mask and protect surrounding surfaces and ventilate the room to the outside.
After the work you agree to follow the cure time and care instructions we provide. The finish must not be used before the stated cure period, and abrasive cleaners, suction-cup mats and harsh chemicals should not be used on it. Damage caused by not following these instructions is not covered by the warranty.
4. Warranty
Coverage. We warrant our workmanship and the applied finish against peeling, bubbling, cracking and loss of adhesion caused by our preparation or application for a period of two (2) years from the date of service for bathtubs, bathroom sinks, showers, fiberglass tub and shower enclosures, and tile walls, floors and counters. Kitchen sinks are warranted for six (6) months from the date of service because of the heavier daily wear they receive.
Remedy. If a covered defect appears within the warranty period, we will repair or re-coat the affected area at no charge. This is the sole remedy under the warranty.
Exclusions. The warranty does not cover: damage from impact, abrasion, abrasive or acidic cleaners, suction-cup mats, standing water, dripping faucets or leaks; damage from structural movement, substrate failure, plumbing or pan-liner leaks; normal wear, gloss reduction or staining from hair dye and similar products; failures on surfaces where a previous non-professional coating was present and the customer declined full removal; and any fixture that has been worked on by someone else after our service. The warranty is provided to the original customer at the original address and is not transferable unless stated in writing.
The written warranty handed to you at completion is the controlling document for your job.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are stated on your quote. For multi-unit or commercial jobs, payment terms are set out in the written agreement for that project.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, lost rent or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our own negligence causing personal injury.
7. Intellectual property

8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, after a good-faith attempt to resolve it directly with us first.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes apply to website use from the date posted; the terms in effect on the date of your written quote apply to that job.
